Something new

Ok, so it’s been a while since I posted anything new. Sorry. Everytime I got on my kids would jump on my lap and insist that they blog. So, I hope everyone has enjoyed Addie and Zo over the past couple of weeks.

There has been a lot going on. On Monday after work I went over to Mom’s for a bit, and since it was a holiday, Mo was there too. We decided we needed to go take some pictures of the water tower. So off we went w/ Mo, Meg and Catcher (yes they are one now), me, Kas, Addie, Zo, Emma, and Mac. We asked people what they thought of the tower and got some pretty mixed reactions, but mostly if it was to be fixed up, people would like to see it stay.

There was also a gorgeous moon out that night.

It was even more beautiful on Tuesday night, no doubt a birthday gift to Grandma Bogle. Alas, I didn’t have my camera at the moment.:(

That night Antoinette was up coughing and wheezing all night so the next day I took her to the doctor. Thank goodness there was no infection, but as I expected, he diagnosed her w/ mild asthma and I need to make an appointment w/ an allergist for her. She is just excited that she gets her own sprayer and that she will be able to breathe easier.

Today I have about a million loads of laundry to do and get my house in order and at some point try and give away these crazy kittens. All of this is in preparation for going to OR on Friday. I am so excited for our trip. I still have way to many things to do to be typing still so I am stopping now. I will post ski pictures when we get back Sunday night.

There are so many things I need to blog about but this one won out in the end.  Maybe I’ll get to the rest, but no one hold their breath. Yesterday Stephen got to play Santa at our wards primary party.  He was actually pretty excited about doing this.  I wish I had been there…

Ok, here is a 2 for 1. I have been asked a few times where ducklips came from. Emily also wanted to hear some Kasmir stories. Well, this is all one and the same. Most of you know that Kas was around for almost 4 years before we had the girls. Everything in Steve’s…

School starts tomorrow! I am definitely ready for some routine and a steady bedtime around here. We just had FHE and now Kas is reading his sisters a bedtime story. I love that. For FHE tonight we made some goals, family and individual goals. One of Kas’ was to finish speech this year. To accomplish…

So I know I haven’t posted for a while.  I think it’s a mixture of the heat, exercise (although I’ve heard that is supposed to increase your energy level), and the increase of children’s activities, but I am so tired lately.  I have been going to bed at like 9 or 10 every night.  Yes,…

  • YAY!!!

We are heading up north this weekend to Bison Ranch.  I am so excited.  My girls have never really played in the snow so we are going up to go tubing.  I haven’t been tubing in like 13 years.  It should be a blast.  If anyone knows where I can buy snow clothes let me…

  • It’s a Guy Thing

This Christmas was a wonderful one, not for the things I got (although I was spoiled), but for the generosity I saw in my family. Stephen and I decided not to exchange gifts. Wait, actually Steve said if he had any presents under the tree he would be mad. Absolutely no gifts! I told him…
